Chicago shooting: Teen seriously hurt in alley shooting in West Lawn in 6800-block of S. Kostner Avenue, police say
A 17-year-old was seriously hurt in an alley shooting in Chicago's Southwest Side, police said.
The shooting happened at about 10:40 p.m. in the 6800-block of S. Kostner Avenue, Chicago police said.
A teenager was walking in an alley when a man approached him and started shooting.

The teen was shot multiple times to the torse; he was rushed to an area hospital in serious condition, police said.
Nobody is in custody; Chicago police are investigating.
