
The Omaha Northwest High School student who shot another student during school hours will serve time behind bars.Ramone Jefferson was sentenced to 10 to 12 years for second-degree assault and 4 to 8 years for using a firearm to commit a felony. According to court documents, officers found the victim in one of the school's hallways. He had been shot in the torso.
