The violence unfolded around 11:14 a.m. Thursday on the 7100 block of Oakland Street.
When police arrived, they found 52-year-old Luis Colon , a resident of the block, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
He was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:55 a.m.
Police say the suspects fled in a dark-colored Chrysler 300, which later arrived at Temple University Hospital carrying two additional gunshot victims.
One of the victims, a 21-year-old man, was treated for a gunshot wound to the hand and is in stable condition. The other, identified as 21-year-old Quadir Tull of West Jefferson Street, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at 11:52 a.m.
Investigators say the confrontation began when offenders went to Colon's home to confront his stepdaughter. The suspects are reportedly family members of the stepdaughter's ex-boyfriend, who was not present.
During the altercation, Williams-Reeves and another unidentified woman allegedly assaulted Colon's stepdaughter and wife on the front lawn.
When Colon tried to intervene, Tull and Williams pushed him away and pulled out firearms. Colon then produced his own gun, and a shootout ensued involving all three men.
